Hi I'm Brittany
A Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Massage Therapist with over 17 years of experience. My approach is holistic and patient centred, blending hands‑on therapeutic techniques with acupuncture rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine to support whole‑body health.
I treat using acupuncture as a standalone therapy or incorporate Cupping, Tui Na, Gua Sha, and Moxibustion to address concerns such as pain, stress, neurological conditions, and internal imbalances. I also offer Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture as a specialized service, with certification from Michelle Gellis (AP, LAc, MAc, DiplAc) along with advanced training in treating neuromuscular facial conditions.
Alongside acupuncture, I provide Registered Massage Therapy as its own distinct treatment option. My training includes Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue work, sports massage, pre‑ and post‑natal care, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, table Thai massage, acupressure, and Tui Na. This allows each session to be tailored using techniques that best support your needs that day.
I’ve always known I wanted to work in health care. I once imagined becoming a veterinarian, and later a neurosurgeon, before discovering Massage Therapy — a path that eventually led me to Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I genuinely love the work I do. Connecting with people, sharing knowledge, and helping patients better understand their pain and discomfort is one of the most meaningful parts of my job.
My Philosophy
I believe that care should be individualized. Over the years, I’ve seen how pain, stress, and imbalance show up differently for everyone, which is why I take the time to listen, understand your goals, and tailor each treatment to your needs.
I’m continually inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and its integrated view of the mind, body, and emotions. Even subtle shifts can create meaningful change, and this perspective guides much of my work.
As a Massage Therapist, I find it deeply rewarding to help clients experience meaningful relief. Those moments when I identify a tension point and they respond with a mix of surprise and ease are especially fulfilling. For me, massage is about using experience and careful assessment to understand what may be contributing to discomfort and addressing it with intention.
