Cancellation Policy
Please note that if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of its start time, you will be billed for 25 % of the service price. This fee is the responsibility of the patient and cannot be billed to the insurance company.
Payment Policy
Balance owing on all services will be paid in full within 24 hours of each treatment.
